Upon failure of the advertised party to pay to the Company, within the prescribed time-limit, the price agreed this contact shall be interrupted and shall be considered as "non-concluded".

The Company shall provide storage spaces for the more efficient promotion of any products. If there are big quantities the storage shall take place on agreement with the company.

The DURATION of this contract shall be considered as an open-ended contract and shall be valid for the, subject nevertheless as hereinafter provided, time of its entry into force since the registration of the Advertised Material or Product - Service into the website of "otipoleitai" and shall be terminated automatically after the duration agreed without further notice or process.

The terms of this contract shall be amended only upon written consent of the parties.
